The surviving children of Ameal Newman, on Oct. 7, 2009, filed an asbestos-related lawsuit against ExxonMobil Corporation, Mobil Oil Corp. and Mobil Chemical Co. in Jefferson County District Court, Tex., The Southeast Texas Record reports.
