ASBESTOS LITIGATION: Bestoff to Pay GBP3T for Safety Violations

The Didcot Magistrates’ Court, on March 23, 2009, issued a GBP3,000 fine and ordered Bestoff Services Ltd. to pay GBP2,091.70 and a GBP15 surcharge for exposing to workers to asbestos, the Oxford Mail reports.
