Glen “Judy” Pritchard and his wife Ellen V. Pritchard, of West Hamlin, W.Va., on Aug. 9, 2011, filed an asbestos lawsuit against 46 defendant corporations in Kanawha County Circuit Court, W.Va., The West Virginia Record reports.
