ArvinMeritor, Inc.’s subsidiary, Maremont Corporation, faced about 26,000 pending asbestos-related claims at both June 30, 2010 and Sept. 30, 2009, according to the Company’s quarterly report filed on Aug. 4, 2010 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
