CIRCOR International, Inc. says that subsidiary Leslie Controls, Inc. recorded asbestos- and bankruptcy-related liabilities of US$79,801,000 as of April 3, 2011, compared with US$79,831,000 as of Dec. 31, 2010, according to a Company press release dated May 5, 2011.
