ArvinMeritor, Inc.’s long-term asbestos-related liabilities were US$66 million as of both Dec. 31, 2010 and Sept. 30, 2010, according to the Company’s quarterly report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 3, 2011.
