ArvinMeritor, Inc.’s long-term asbestos-related liabilities were US$61 million as of Sept. 30, 2009, compared with US$64 million as of Sept. 30, 2008, according to the Company’s annual report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 19, 2009.
