ArvinMeritor, Inc.’s long-term asbestos-related liabilities amounted to US$61 million as of both June 30, 2010 and Sept. 30, 2009, according to the Company’s quarterly report filed on Aug. 4, 2010 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
