ASBESTOS UPDATE: Allstate Reserves $1.16B for Claims at March 31

The Allstate Corporation’s reserves for asbestos claims were US$1.16 billion at March 31, 2010 and US$1.18 billion at Dec. 31, 2009, according to the Company’s quarterly report filed on April 28, 2010 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
