ASBESTOS UPDATE: Able Restoration Fined $17T for Disposal Breach

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) has penalized Rockland, Mass.-based Able Restoration US$17,050 for asbestos violations discovered during an inspection of a residence at 38 Cross Street in Lawrence, according to a MassDEP press release dated May 27, 2010.
