ASBESTOS UPDATE: 2 Ariz. Schools to Pay $22T for AHERA Breaches

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency fined two Arizona charter school operators a combined total of US$22,030 for alleged violations of the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), according to an EPA press release dated Sept. 8, 2009.
