Shelter Properties IV’s investment property, Baymeadows Apartments in Jacksonville, Fla., during the year ended Dec. 31, 2008, incurred about US$105,000 for asbestos abatement, according to the Company’s annual report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 24, 2009.
